

In his previous work at state and federal agencies and environmental organizations, Regan has worked extensively on climate change, air and water pollution, energy, and more. Regan would notably be the second African American to lead EPA, after Lisa Jackson. If confirmed, Regan will bring a wealth of experience to the position – including just under two decades spent at EPA under Presidents Clinton and Bush, approximately eight years at the Environmental Defense Fund, and a brief time running his own consulting firm.
